Mr. Gong Yufei
Mr. Gong Yufei, aged 51, is the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, an Executive Director and the President of the Company. Mr. Gong graduated from The Shandong Institute of Mining and Tecnology with a bachelor’s degree in engineering and from Shandong University with a master’s degree in business administration. Mr. Gong once held positions in Shandong International Trust and Investment Corporation. He has successively served as the vice general manager of Jinan Guohua Real Estate Co. Ltd., the general manager and the chairman of Shandong Guohua Shidai Investment Development Co., Ltd., the general manager and the chairman of Shandong Branch of Guohua Investment Corporation, the director of Cost Center of Guohua Investment Corporation, the general manager of the Project Construction Department of Guohua Investment Corporation and a vice general manager of CHN Energy Real Estate Co. Ltd.,the member of the Party Committee and a vice president of China Longyuan Power Group Corporation Limited.
Ms. Yang Wenjing
Ms. Yang Wenjing, aged 53, is a member of the Party Committee and the chief accountant of the Company. She graduated from Central University of Finance and Economics as an accountancy major, and is a doctor of management and a senior accountant. She once successively served as the deputy director of Fund Management Office of the Finance Department, a senior director for assets and ownership management of the Finance and Ownership Management Department, and a fund management manager of the Finance and Ownership Management Department of Beijing Guohua Electric Power Company; the performance convener of the Finance and Ownership Business Department, the manager of Finance and Assets Department, the manager of Finance and Ownership Department of Guohua Electric Power Branch, China Shenhua Energy Company and the manager of the Finance Department of Shenhua Guohua International Electric Power Corporation Limited, the deputy chief accountant, the manager of Finance and Ownership Department of Guohua Electric Power Branch and the manager of the Finance Department and deputy chief accountant of Shenhua Guohua International Electric Power Company; the deputy general manager of the Finance Department of China Shenhua Energy Company; the vice general manager and chief finance officer of Shenhua Sales Group Company Limited; the chief accountant and a member of the Party Committee of CHN Energy Coal Branch (Shenhua Sales Group Company Limited) .
