Jiangyin Sulong Electricity Power Generation Co., Ltd. was established in 1994 which located at the Xiagang Township, Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province and south to the Changjiang River and 8km far away from the Jiangyin Yangtze River in the east. The company occupies an area of 1,605 mu and is managed in the holding of China Longyuan Electric Power Group Corporation. With six coal-burning thermoelectric power generator sets and a total installed capacity of 1.215 million kW, the company’s annual energy production can amount to 8 billion kW. The two domestically produced 137,500kW generator sets constructed during Phase I were put into power generation in 1995. The two domestically produced 140,000kW generator sets constructed during Phase II were put into power generation in 2003, and the two domestically produced 330,000kW generator sets constructed during Phase III were put into power generation in 2005.
For years, the company has been taking the lead among generator sets in China in terms of main technical and economic indexes and winning such titles as “Civilized Unit of Jiangsu Province”, “Excellent Enterprise of Wuxi City”, and “Top 10 Foreign-funded Enterprises in Wuxi City” and so on successively.

Nantong Tianshenggang Electricity Power Generation Co., Ltd. as a State Second-grade Enterprise was established in 1994. Located in the Tianshenggang Township in the western suburbs of Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, the company is close to the Yangtze River in the south and connected to the No. 204 National Highway and the Nanjing to Nantong Superhighway with convenient water and land transportation. The company occupies an area of about 700,000 square meters. Its total installed capacity of 1.21 million kW is managed in the holding of China Longyuan Electric Power Group Corporation.
For years, the Company has cultivated a member team with excellent quality, unyielding style, strict management, and disciplinarian by use of the corporate spirit of “Take the lead and show initiative, pursue truth and innovation”. During the 1980s, the company expanded the construction of two 125,000kW generator sets and provided a strong driving force for the economic surge of Jiangsu province; during the 1990s, the project of technical improvement for those two 125,000kW generator sets was completed and put into production, setting a new national record for safe, rapid, and quality construction of 125,000kW generator sets. In March 2003, the technical improvement project for two 330,000 kW generator sets, with a total investment of RMB2.44 billion yuan, obtained an approval from the then State Economic and Trade Commission and the construction was officially started in October 2003. In 1991, the company became one of the first batch of “power plants having met the standards of improving the level with safety and civilized production” in the national electricity power system; in 1999, it became the first “national first-class thermal power plant” among power plants of the same category in China. The company also has won the honorary titles such as one of the first batch of “Double Civilized Units” of the then Ministry of Electricity, the first batch of “National Model Home of Workers”, and “Advanced Collective of Jiangsu Province”, etc.
